Unfortunatly I cant say anything more about this product. I am very sorry. Security
restrictions yaar... To get this certification, the development environment itself
must be secured. That project team is isolated from others.. entry is restricted using
access control system, movement of people is tightly monitored using closed circuit
TVs..and so on.. Anyway please see this news from The Hindu
Network launches security product
By Anand Parthasarathy

<LOCATION>KOCHI </LOCATION><DATE>APRIL 9. </DATE>A 'last ditch' security product,
developed by a Kerala-based information technology company, to stall the hacking of
mission-critical computers and websites, was globally launched today, jointly with its
original customer, Hitachi.
The Kochi-based Network Systems and Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (NeST), with its software
unit housed in the Thiruvananthapuram-based Technopark, developed "HackerSafe,'' a
data security product that draws a virtual `lakshman rekha' around critical computing
systems to shield them from malicious hacking or industrial espionage attacks. Classed
as an operating system "hardening'' tool, it is the final level of defence for all
contemporary platforms working on Windows, Linux and most flavours of Unix.
Developed by NeST software engineers in 75 man-years, "HackerSafe'' was delivered to
the Japanese client, Hitachi, and subsequently deployed by dozens of leading companies
including Toyota, NTT and the Japanese Railways. Its strong acceptance by the banking,
defence and financial services industry has now led NeST and Hitachi to jointly market
the product in the rest of the world. NeST will use its offices in the U.S., Canada,
Australia and West Asia to market and support "HackerSafe.''
The product can be customised to protect files, directories or hard drives. Access can
be regulated to specific users, for a given timeframe or within a specified
application.
The product was formally launched in the Kerala State capital by IT and Industries
Minister, P. K. Kunhalikutty, at a function where NeST Managing Director, N. Jehangir,
and the Hitachi chief engineer, T. Umezu, made technical presentations.
