Hi Ramprasath,   You 've not mentioned about the crystal report version.... but still 
i think you can solve this problem as follows.   in your report include one formula 
field as follows,with the name, for example 'test'   if isnull('your field name') then
"No Records"   then place this formula 'test' in your report's detail section and in 
place of the actual field.   So, when you run your report, if recods are there it'll 
be displayed otherwise 'No Records' message will be displayed.   with kind regards,
