Hi,   I have seen the problem you mention before. However, in my experience, the cause 
is not crystal reports, but a bug in the pagination routine. Therefore, even if 
records are being returned, your report screen remains blank. Here's a workaround 
(but, you have to include this in your source code):   1. In your report-screen's Load 
event, place code to get the default paper-size from the Printer object.   2. Set the 
report's paper-size property to match the one you got from the step above.   3. The 
above code must be place BEFORE any records are queried for your report.   4. Use 
in-code querying for records - that is, don't set the properties at design-time... do
