No I live in Mo. I know puppy mill capital of the world and boy is it the truth. I am considering taking this guy to small claims court, he should at least pay part of the vet bills or do something, but I don't want him to get Benji back, because he would have him put to sleep, he said if it was something chronic or genetic, that dog needs to be put down. and Benji was his favorite, can you imagine how he does the other 2 pups. I wish my mom had of paid with a check instead of cash, then we could have stopped payment. Oh well, as long as Benji gets his problem fixed that is the most important thing, other than the peeing every little bit and the straining, you can't tell there is anything wrong with the little snot, he is already spoiled.
