Yeah, I realize this was just an accident from birth, but all I ask this guy to do was return the purchase price which was 175.00, and I would handle the vet bill, which as of now are 250.00, he refuses to do anything won't even take my calls now to see how the pup is.  He is just being a jerk.  At first I told him I would pay the initial bills which were 115.00 and he could have the pup back, for the return of the purchase price, but he refuses to cooperate at all.  I just hope the people who bought his 300.00 registered dogs don't have any problems.

dog is having had nothing to do with the breeder.
(Kennel cough being the exception.)  Sometimes the
healthiest dogs and respectable litters can have these
stones and need surgery.  I've been told that
Typically breeders offer a refund of 50% of vet costs
(not including normal shots) the first 3 months...
maybe he'd consider it.

Good luck and start focusing on the wonderful addition
to your family and positives he brings.  (A year ago
when I got my pup she had some health issues too, but
now has been healthy and loving.)
