The list in this article you are sending has the cocker spaniel as 1  
fatality between 1978 and 1998, so what is it that your showing me, it  doesn't 
explain how the fatality happened,  Pit Bull and Rottweilers top  the list, now 
to 
me that is something I would pay more attention to before  getting one.  My 
daughter has a cocker spaniel, he has grown up with my  grandchildren and is 
fine with them and always has been since they were babies,  know many that have 
cockers and kids, only one has a problem and that dog came  from a puppy mill, 
meaning it was just plain bred to anything!
 
I don't get what you are trying to get across, cockapoos are wonderful  dogs 
when bred properly and responsibly, they are totally awesome.
