Hi Team,

due to mailing list being a little bit slow, we are out of
sync:
I removed all the "crap" of @doctitle@ and @docname@ in the
documentation. The only placeholders are (or should be)
@version@, @year@ etc.

(It was me who introduced this - for some other reasons
which are now obsolete - and so I took the role to
remove them again).
