This is what makes Cocoon fun ;)

Well... functionally up and running, as far as I can tell ;) Although
the OpenOffice load/save dialog usage is currently not exactly a
pleasure and yet a bit strange when you are accustomed to the standard
Microsoft load/save dialogs, but I guess this will improve, too.

I tried OpenOffice 638c with the WebDAV-Servlet of Tomcat 4.0.1, and I
was able to load and save documents from/to a WebDAV-enabled URL without
any problem. Just remember in case you want to play with StarOffice 6.0
/ OpenOffice 638c, that you first have to check the checkbox "Use
StarOffice/OpenOffice dialogs" in the Options, otherwise you will just
get Microsofts Common Dialogs which due to unfortunate design choices
cannot handle virtual or remote resources properly and thus cannot allow
entering a URL like http://192.168.0.32:8080/webdav without complaining
about an invalid file C:\http://192.168.0.32:8080/webdav. Maybe I am a
bit repeditive regarding that option, but it took some time and advice
until I got that straight ;)

Hm... as I am definitely +1 on WebDAV, I have to spend some more
thoughts on that topic...
