Yes, freshmeet (including the version number there, it's still 1.8.3 IIRC), and README. I've commited the xdocs/indeex.xml page containig the text. Unfortunately I wasn't able to compile the repository because something has changed concerning the PhpGenerator (and I was toooo lazy to find out why).
