I have tried both current CVS HEAD as well as CVS
cocoon_20_branch. While 2.0 adding or removing a / to the resource's
path in cocoon.xconf makes it work OK, HEAD doesn't. I figure it's a
problem with context or URLFactory. It produces an absolute path name
but AFAIK absolute file URLs start with '///', not '//'.
