We could keep the old cocoon 1 website by moving it
to http://xml.apache.org/cocoon1

But whatever we decide, let's do this very quickly!!!!
The distribution and docs on the Web server are already
uptodate and we informaly announced today as release day,
so we shouldn't take until next week to decide this.
