Right. We'll work on a print-friendly solution with PDF... but still the
best way to do this is to accept guidelines that no more than 80 columns
should be used for source code chunks into docs or the system is not
guaranteed to work as expected.

Well, we need a monospaced font or you can say goodbye to your nice
indentation. And tell me how we can have xml and java examples without
respected indentation.
