This transformer work very good. The things which must implemented, were
the difference between the browsers for inline expression, some attributes
etc.
At his moment almost all presentations tags were implemented like:
<math><mrow><mfrac><mn><mi><mo><mtext><msup><msub><msupsub><mover>
<munder><moverunder><mroot><msqrt><mtable><mtr><mtd>
Following tags are missing:
<mfence><ms>
For the content element you could use the stylesheet from the
mozilla/mathml project to convert these to presentation elements.
