Well there were lots of +1 votes and plenty of email which added to the job description. However, i do not remember seeing Stefano follow up and ask for the account and commit priveledges to be set up. Or did i miss something? I am not sure - does it have to be the Vote proposer that asks root to do it, or can any committer? Diana, is it settled yet?
