I think Stefano suggested to move _everything_ from scratchpad to the
main trunk which is in a way reasonable if we say that 2.1 is beta
again. I believe that we agreed upon this.
The only problem I see is with having different locations for
cocoon_2_0_3_branch and HEAD.
Perhaps we can move (i.e. "mv" in the repository so we don't loose the
history) everything to the final place, exclude them from 2.0.3 and
provide scratchpad as seperate download for those that are adventurous
enough to use scratchpad, yet don't want to run HEAD? Mmmh, looks
complicated, though.
