Guys, please: the head is the new scratchpad for 2.1. There is no need
to have a alpha-squared place inside an alpha branch.

Currently, I found the HEAD to be totally unusable, the source changes
are too deep and it's hard to keep all the things in synch (expecially
on windows where you can't even read files from disk!)

So, let's stop having subbranches and let's work together.

We'll use 2.0.3-dev for our stuff that needs solidity until we are ready
to ship a beta of 2.1, that's how big new stuff should get created.

Don'f fear breaking the HEAD, it's already broken :)
