This is because the documentation effort is still working out dtds, stylesheet, and efficient patch mechanisms for community docs (instance revisions, automatically aggregated to original doc). David and I don't want to announce the effort on cocoon users (or commit to the release branch) yet until we've worked out a few more details. While this systematic approach may delay new docs for the short term, we feel it will save an enormous amount of committer resources over the long run. I'm about to submit a number of proposed new mechanisms to Forrest. Forrest is undergoing a lot of changes recently, and it's a bit difficult, keeping everything in sync. Please note that a revised version of Heidi's how-to will be submitted to Forrest as an example of a multi-page contribution. Thanks.
