Well, we could provide one for the "beginning". I counted that there are
approximately 40 committers, so this should be no problem. But anyway we
would have to setup something first and you would have to evaluate it.

The main idea is that you can "migrate" to another system at any
time and that you won't have a lock-in. The nice thing about it is that
you can still work on the command line if you want. It also forces you
to keep your data interchangeable and therefore neutral!
Well, we will setup something like that anyway, so please don't feel
obligated to the idea. Nevertheless I would appreciate your comment on
the following summary:
1) Problem 1: Keeping public WebServer and CVS sychronized
2) Problem 2: Let people annotate by email (or in the future submission
via forms)
3) Problem 3: Let committers work easily on documentation
