First I'd like to unify sunShine contexts and XScript variables. There
is too much commonality (IMHO) between them to have them separated.

But it won't compile into Java.

I feel that this is move in different direction.

Of course one might include jelly (JellyGenerator/JellyTransformer) as
scripting engine, and I already suggested this before, but that's theme
for another discussion. Or I miss something here?
