Since the 1.x branch is in stasis, we should at least keep the last
version. Of the 2.x branch, we should keep at least the previous
version in addition to the current one.

For the rest, we could setup instructions on how to pull a particular
release from the CVS. <dream>We could setup a CGI that delivers an
arbitrary release from CVS and delivers a zip file. Short of that, we
could distribute an ant file that does it.</dream>
