Not my day. I thought the message the URL referred to
was an etiquette guide for Open Source mailing lists. 
If someone has such a URL, and/or one explaining
posting conventions such as RT:, AW:, and the use of
Proposal: please post it to the list so myself and
other raw newbies can avoid future mistakes.
