People, there is NO "average Cocoon user". Please refer to the SoC diagram at http://xml.apache.org/cocoon/introduction.html where Management, Logic, Content and Style is separated. Only Logic is "programming oriented" and this group can possibly also be divided into several sub-groups of preference, such as Java, XSP and XSLT, maybe others such as PHP, Python and Perl as well.
