I totally agree. Apache is a quality brand. It is somewhat conservative and that's good. You can bet your business on it, because it will maintain software for years to come. I don't believe Apache would. Cocoon should not depend on sourceforge. But I have no problem with sourceforge projects depending on cocoon. Hopefully any sourceforge committer has a private backup of the essential source code. If sourceforge stops operating, projects can move. There are other places to host projects. Martin
