I think people must be respectfull of each others. What I learned from this community is that everyone has diferents interest and we must be glad of that and respect it. How many times we saw here some comment about product or things that we never know or know marginally? These is because each of us have differents interest (Databases, JSP, SOAP, XML, XSLT, etc.).
