If I understand correctly, the proposed URL structure is:
http://cocoon.apache.org/v1.x/
http://cocoon.apache.org/v2.0/
http://cocoon.apache.org/v2.1/
http://cocoon.apache.org/ -> http://cocoon.apache.org/v2.0 (whatever's the current version)
