Woah!

I really don't think we want two sets of documentation, do we? It leads to
unnecessary discrepancies, continuity issues and duplication of effort.
There is no reason that I am aware of that we couldn't have one single set
of documentation, and mark content where appropriate as "2.0 only" or "2.1
only". I'm sure that a cocoon-doc cvs module is the right way to go.

Other than that, the rest of the idea for the publishing system sounds
pretty good.
