Hi Sébastien,
I kept on looking in the archive in the mean time, and ultimately found
a solution, just seconds ago (after 1 hour of search). It is not the
build.sh script but the bin/ant file itself. It seems that this file was
created on a DOS system, so you have to run dos2unix on bin/ant and
bin/antrun, and rerun the build.sh script. That will do it (at least in
my case, I got Cocoon2 up and running).
