I'm getting a little further now... but not sure if this is really how I should do it. Now my command-line is:

At least no classnotfound exceptions anymore. I copied some of the jar files to my ramdisk (z:\) to make the command shorter. Any hints? Is this really the way to do it? and what should my uris.txt look like?
