Hussain, The WebServiceProxyGenerator contained in Cocoon should already provide most of what you need (i.e. connecting to a remote server and maintaining state using coookies). Don't be put off by the name.
That being said, I have not used it - so you may need to contact Ivelin (I think he wrote it) about it.
