WebServiceProxyGenerator uses the Apache Jakarta HttpClient library which
maintains session with the remote host.

I suggest that you look at this document first:

If it conceptually seems to offer what you like, then deploy Cocoon 2.1 from
CVS and visit the following url:
http://localhost:8080/cocoon/samples/welcome
