Although I can not vote I would second this. I would also suggest to register for the issue/bug tracking one of the apache possibilities JIRA looks really cool although written in java. I haven't looked at scarab until now but could take a look. Bugzilla would be the least one. I think at the moment bugs are tracked rt.cpan.org.
Any comments would be great.
