While I expect I will vote for the fiscal agent proposal, I would like to point 
out that even if we use a fiscal sponsor, it may be desirable to ALSO 
incorporate a Code4Lib entity. Without the burden of having to manage 
conference finances, a Code4Lib entity would be freer to create and operate 
under by-laws that closely match "the DIY spirit of the community".
