empathy-driven content strategy for the library, guiding the creation,
delivery, and governance of useful, usable, findable content across
communication channels, with a focus on digital and web content. In this role,
housed centrally within the user experience (UX) team in Library Administration

which guides the library's public-facing web presence, and will oversee website
analytics and quality assurance.
