I definitely see the advantages of using ibiblio over OSU (unless we were to hop on to OSUOSL, for instance). However, I'm not sure what type of admin rights we'd need for the server. As far as I know, DNS with ibiblio is all or nothing - you either do it all yourself or have UNC handle it for you; this means that all changes go from you to ibiblio staff to the UNC hostmaster.
While I love ibiblio to death and have a site I run hosted there, support can be slow. I haven't needed very much so I haven't had any issues with that, though. Mark A.
