Bing wins for our use case.
Does it work for minority languages? (Latin, Māori, Rarotongan, etc).
We currently block bing from crawling our website (because they seemed
to systematically lie about support for throttling in robots.txt), but
may have to re-evaluate if they're showing real love to our user community.
