We are wondering if you all might have some experience with other chat aggregators that work better then Pidgin? Digsby was recommended but I'm wondering if there are others we should look at for the reference desk. They are particularly looking at ones that help them with their stats on sessions...Might you have any suggestions? Thanks, Jill
