In 2010, we definitely recorded things and then made them available. I think folks hopped on IRC and put in questions in realish time. (Things line up funnily half a world away. :) ) The talks are still linked and accessible from http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/KohaCon2010 Now if you want live streaming, that may or may not happen.
