Greetings, Has anybody created a chat bot to answer basic questions (what are the hours, how many books can I check out) for the Library's chat reference service? If so would you be willing to share your code? I have just started to explore this so any direction or resources would be of help. My Library is using LibraryH3lp, which has a REST api and some limited resources.
