There are no limitations on working locally, distributing, selling etc. No nags etc. The limitations prevent free users from taking up server resources from paying users. So jar size is limited to 1mb which is quite a lot actually as it doesn't include Codename One libraries etc. You get 100 build credits which should map to 100 regular builds and 12 ios builds per month.
