So I wanted to try out the new Windows 10 stuff, got a Lumia 640, updated to Windows 10 Mobile.
I sent a Windows build (without setting any Windows specific properties), which built OK, and got emailed a link to the build. I've changed the setting for sideloading apps from the link on the blog post. The binary has downloaded and when I click on it, I get asked if I want to install, say yes and nothing appears to happen. No app shows under "Recently Added" or in the alphabetic list.
