That's a different issue Dave. It's the old timeout you've been having which is unrelated.
Nick, it looks like the issue wasn't resolved. It's related to one of our servers which we migrated to High Sierra as part of the process of moving to xcode 9.x. We're working on resolving this so we can move all our servers there. This worked for you because you hit a different server. Unfortunately these failures happen for only some certificates and signing processes.
