FYI it seems the original issue is resolved by our fixes. The bytecode translator has a 6 minute timeout which is separate from the longer general timeout. It's been that way for almost a year after I increased that for you a few times. If just the bytecode translation takes more than 6 minutes there is a problem... Notice we didn't reduce any quota or timeout for more than a year.
