True, but if someone is abusing the /kill command on people on their own server, other opers on other servers won't know who is abusing and will not be able to remove the offender. That's the problem, as I see it, that the rest of the opers: (a) won't know who is abusing the /kill command, and (b) what server they're on, because both are hidden by HEAD_IN_SAND.
