NicoS, it could maybe explain why, but it's still not normal that X lets USP get ops to then deop it cause it isnt allowed to be opped.
I think the code should be modified so X checks if theres a ban (lower than 75) matching the nick!user@host of the one requesting ops when X receives the /msg X op #chan [nick]. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
