Greetings. As some of you have no doubt figured out by now, our CVS
repository is now hosted by SourceForge. This isn't the only resource
SourceForge provides us with--we also have access to their "artifact"
tracking system. Currently, the undernet-ircu project on SourceForge
has three trackers configured--one for bugs, one for feature requests,
and one for patches. Here's what we're going to do with them:

Bugs:

All bugs are to be posted to the bug tracking system on SourceForge.
We will try to take any that are reported via [EMAIL PROTECTED] and
get them up there as well. Any patches for bugs should be attached
to a bug report and *not* submitted via the patch tracker.

Feature requests:

All feature requests are to be posted to the feature request tracking
system on SourceForge. We probably will not post any that come across
the list there, though we will still try to comment on them and
implement ones that make sense. Patches to implement features should
be attached to a feature tracker report.

Patches:

Believe it or not, there are patches that don't fall into the above
two categories, such as documentation patches. These patches should be
submitted via the patch tracker. All other patches should be attached
to particular bug or feature request reports, and will then be moved to
  the patch tracker.

Hopefully this will help keep us from losing track of patches or bugs that
people submit. The trackers are available via the undernet-ircu project
page on SourceForge: http://sf.net/projects/undernet-ircu/

Thanks!
