If you're willing to take a whole toolkit with your GUI designer (sounds
like you are), grab one of the GTK+/GNOME GUI editors (Glade or Gazpacho) to
create your interface. It won't dump out Ruby code, but you hopefully don't
want that anyway... It'll generate a .glade file, which you can hoist into a
running UI with libglade. It's easy, fun and quite flexible if you decide to
move things around a bit.
