Ah now I am with you.

Yes that link no longer exists since a major refactoring of the view
code a few subversions ago.  Most people just clicked on "Parallel",
then horizontally scrolled the browser window if they wanted to see
the old file, or the new file.

Because of limited available time I have, the manual has a number of
old screenshots in it.
