Yup, because you'll be initializing ColdSpring on every request and therefore Lyla Captcha as well. I strongly recommend development-circuit-load mode for development: it only reloads "everything" when you explicitly tell it to (it does not read the fusebox.xml file unless you force a reload) and it only reloads circuits when they change.
