Wow, it's been a very long time since I did any fusebox work, but this circuit only load mode sounds really great. Nice addition (I think!)

Yup, because you'll be initializing ColdSpring on every request and
therefore Lyla Captcha as well.

I strongly recommend development-circuit-load mode for development: it
only reloads "everything" when you explicitly tell it to (it does not
read the fusebox.xml file unless you force a reload) and it only
reloads circuits when they change.

If you "upgrade" to Fusebox 5.5, you can also take advantage of
conditionalParse which will only re-write parsed files if they change
which speeds things up even more.
