So in that case how do I have to configure my collectd server?
Compiling a custom Collectd for PerfWatcher
* |cd collectd|
* |./configure --enable-write_mysql --enable-notify_file|
* |make|
* |make install|
This section wouldn't be accured... As well as the notify_file plugin...
Am I correct?

PerfWatcher can work with Collectd 4.X but lot of feature would not work.

Thx for the tip it worked like a charm.
The last question, collectd has to be version 5.XX?

php-rrd module is optional. Graph displaying is 10% faster with this
module.
If you want compile php-rrd :
- Ensure you have php >= 5.3
- Install these package : librrd-dev php5-dev php-pear
- launch pecl install rrd

Hi,
This frontend seems promising, but I have some quick questions:
Apparently the collectd server has to push any update in a mysql
server (is that correct?) does that scale better then using rrdtools?
Secondly, on every client you are setting up the new plugin 'top'
what is it?
Thanks

Hi all,
I'm proud to inform you that a new Collectd front-end is
available : http://perfwatcher.org/
It actually used here in a French bank to monitor more than 4000
servers.
